Oh, I just saw this post! Your projects turned out so nice! I think you did a great job. It's nice that you found a hobby that you like to do and that you get such a functional/pretty item at the end. I just don't think I have to patience to crochet. I've tried in the past and do ok for a while and then get impatient near the end and try to go really fast and mess it up. =) I really want to learn how to make patchwork quilts soon (if I ever get my sewing machine =). I think that would be more up my ally,
BTW, let Jeb know if looks just stunning in the little hat! :D - Kelley

I like the scarf and hat. For just starting to learn how to crochet, you're doing really well. I think you know more than I do already...not that I know much myself. But your scarf turned out great, and even if the hat is a little cone shaped, it still looks really nice. Especially with Jeb modleing it. He's such a natural when it comes to being a modle :) Aubrey's a really cute modle too :)
I can only seem to keep myself interested in a hobby for two weeks at a time, and then I don't come back to it for a while. It's frustrating to not stay interested for longer, bat at least it gives me a lot of different things to be interested in, even if tey are two weeks at a time :)
Keep up the good work on crocheting. It's something I allways loved about my grandma. We'd always get to pick out cool looking blankets she's made for us. I'd like to do that for my grandchildren some day :) Maybe, someday, we'll both make cool grandmas :) - Kimmy
