My Home School curriculum has arrived!  After weeks, months and years of contemplating and researching, I finally made up my mind that I want to homeschool my kids.  I wanted to try home school and see if it works for our family.  And in the future, I would not regret of not having tried it, even if in the end we decided to send the kids to regular school.  Our township/city has one of the best school system around, so it still is a win-win for me.  Anyhow, the next question was, what curriculum should my family go with?  I finally settled with the Sonlight homeschool curriculum.  I am starting out the kids (mostly Jordan) with the Core package P4/5.  The one we liked about it is that it is literature intensive (not to mention Christian-based).  Both of us, being book and reading lovers, think this would do our kids well and we'd like to see them explore the world through reading, and the love for reading as well.

I will have to go over the materials and lesson plan first before I can formally start school.  I am quite excited!
